While Lake Geneva Schools has much to be proud of, we know there are areas to improve and expand upon. That’s why for the past year, stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, the Boards of Education, and community members, have been working together to develop a comprehensive Five-Year Strategic Plan for the District. It is with tremendous honor and pride that I share Lake Geneva School’s Strategic Plan. Our five-year plan sets a course for us to join together to ensure every student’s success.

Lake Geneva Schools' mission is to “Engage. Educate. Empower.” while creating and connecting opportunities for excellence. 

Student Growth and Achievement, Community Engagement, Human Resources, and Facilities, Finance and Operations are Lake Geneva Schools’ Pillars and represent the core work of our organization. The mission vision, commitments, and five-year strategic objectives align with the pillars and set the course for the next five years of continuous improvement.

The plan’s development truly embodies the support and commitment of the entire Lake Geneva-Genoa City community. This plan will serve as a foundation for Lake Geneva Schools’ effort to improve outcomes for every student in the coming years. It provides guidance for the development of annual strategic objectives that align with the four district pillars and five-year strategic objectives. This annual process provides a structure for the continuous improvement work to be completed over the long term to meet the District’s mission, vision, and commitments.
